Our standard 2-3-day UK delivery service costs £48, prices for delivery are inclusive or VAT. From time to time we will run special online promotions where we may offer free delivery, so please keep an eye out for these great offers! We have a range of different delivery options to ensure that you receive your order at the most convenient time for you! We can offer next day delivery, a standard 2-3-day delivery service, and we can even offer delivery on a weekend day!
We only offer a kerbside delivery service, meaning you (of someone able) must be home to take the product from the vehicle to your home. The drivers from the courier company are not insured to enter your home. Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages, or any other location.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore, we advise against booking trades for installations until goods have been received, checked, and accepted on site.
Delivery drivers cannot stop on a red-route area, this is an illegal act and will not be attempted for any reason. Red routes are rigorously patrolled by police and other law enforcement officials. To ensure the delivery can be made successfully to properties within a red route area, other arrangements will have to be made by the customer.
It is important that the customer does not refuse a delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any re- delivery charges or fees incurred because the customer has refused delivery.
We deliver daily across the all the United Kingdom, in England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Unfortunately, next day or times deliveries to the Isle of Man, Highlands and Scottish Islands, and the Channel Isles cannot be actioned, and we can only offer our 2-3-day delivery service.
Here at The Wooden Floor Store/Company we strive to deliver your order in the most efficient and safe way possible. All deliveries (unless a special delivery service has been requested) are sent out on a standard 2-3 day working day timescale, this timescale is set from the date the order is placed (subject to stock levels). While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
One of our team members will be in contact with you as soon as your order has been placed to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. This allows you to pick a date and time that is most convenient to you.
Please ensure the telephone number you have provided us is the best number to be contacted on, as all of our standard delivery services will be between 9am-5pm and our team will instruct the courier driver to call you with at least one hour notice of when the goods will be delivered to you. If the driver is unable to reach you then this may result in, you missing your delivery slot. We cannot give an exact time for deliveries, as the courier network may incur traffic restrictions, time delays and other unpredictable elements which make it difficult to specify an exact time frame.
You have received the goods you have ordered via delivery… Great! However, you have noticed that in transition the goods have become damaged or faulty… Not to worry! In the unlikely event that this type of situation happens, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including special order and made-to-measure items), as long as we are notified of the damage within 7 days of it being delivered to you.
Please ensure that you inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. In the rare event that you receive any damaged packs please photograph the damaged goods whenever possible and send copies of these to our email address – firstname.lastname@example.org.
To arrange for the goods to be collected, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to you.
Please note that no claim for damage can be entertained once the delivery driver has left the delivery address, therefore it is very important that both the customer and the driver both sign for the delivery as damaged. In the unlikely event that some of your goods are damaged we will liaise with you to collect and replace the products. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
