However, if you have come across an issue or have decided against the floor, we will offer a 14-day no fuss refund. Regrettably, we cannot accept part order returns or special made-to-order returns. Please contact us for more details if you are unsure whether your order falls into this category or not.


Do I Have The Right To Cancel My Order?

Of course! if you wish to cancel you order for any given reason, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

This cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you obtain, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you obtains, physical possession of the goods ordered.

If you wish to apply your right to cancel, you must inform us by emailing to with your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement. We MUST be informed before the cancellation period has expired.

All payments made will be reimbursed upon cancellation and upon receipt of the goods being supplied back from you. All refunds must be applied to the same payment method used when goods purchased. Refunds are free of charge meaning you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Refunds can take up to 72 hours to be processed back into your account. If this 72-hour period should pass without the refund being made, please contact us immediately. A deduction may be made from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you the customer.

We operate a blanket policy that ALL deposits are non-refundable.


Can I Return Any Unused Goods?

If you find you may have overestimated with your order, you can arrange for the goods to be collected at a convenient date. To do so please contact the team at with your order number and details of the goods to be returned.

Goods must be in the same condition as received before return. You will also be responsible for paying the direct cost of returning the goods. This charge will be discussed with you prior to arranging the collection and the amount will be deducted from your reimbursement total. All refunds shall be processed once the goods have been returned to us and have been inspected for damages. The reimbursement can take up to 72 hours to processed back to your original payment method. Please note, none of the term & conditions stated affect your statutory rights. Refunds will not be accepted after 28 days of delivery as batches in stock can change regularly.


What If The Goods I’ve Ordered & Received Are Faulty Or Damaged?

You have received the goods you have ordered via delivery… Great! However, you have noticed that in transition the goods have become damaged or faulty… Not to worry! In the unlikely event that this type of situation happens, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund (including special order and made-to-measure items), as long as we are notified of the damage within 7 days of it being delivered to you.

To arrange for the goods to be collected, please email us at with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will collect it at no expense to you.
