Terms & Conditions

Your order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing or description error, we are unable to meet your delivery requirements, or a credit check does not meet our minimum requirements.

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. If VAT rates change between order and delivery, we will adjust accordingly unless full payment has already been made.

If we identify a pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding. If the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We accept payment by debit/credit card and PayPal. Payment is required in full before dispatch or collection.

All deliveries are kerbside. Drivers will unload to the kerbside only and cannot enter your property or leave goods unattended. Someone must be available to receive the delivery.

Orders are delivered on pallets via HGV. Please let us know as soon as possible if your property cannot accommodate a heavy goods vehicle so we can arrange an alternative.

We are not liable for costs caused by late deliveries. We recommend not booking installation trades until goods have been received, checked and accepted.

If your property is in a red route area, alternative delivery arrangements are your responsibility to organise.

Do not refuse delivery. Refusal may result in re-delivery charges for which we cannot be held responsible. Inspect your order on receipt and notify us of any issues within 7 days.

In the unlikely event goods arrive damaged, photograph them immediately and contact us. We will collect and replace damaged products.

Products are available for collection during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays) with at least one working day's notice.

Responsibility for the products passes to you at the point of collection. Please inspect products to your full satisfaction before leaving our premises. You own the products once payment has been received in full.

Appearance and variation

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary between images, physical samples, and delivered goods due to natural variation, camera equipment, screen settings, and lighting. We recommend ordering a free sample before purchasing.

All wood is a natural product. Shade and colour will vary between planks and may differ from samples. Products can also vary between manufacturing batches.

Specifications

Specifications including box volume, plank size, thickness, width, length, veneer thickness, finish, and fitting mechanisms are subject to change. Please confirm all details at the point of order. Once installed, the product is considered accepted. No claims regarding colour, grade, suitability, or quantity can be made after installation.

Guarantees

Your guarantee may be affected if a damp-proof membrane is not used on ground floors, the correct underlay is not used, or the flooring is not fitted correctly.

Sub-floor preparation

Sub-floor moisture and room humidity must be tested prior to installation. Goods must be acclimatised in line with manufacturer and industry guidelines. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete site preparation.

Sunlight and fading

Products may fade when exposed to direct sunlight. We do not guarantee against fading.

Measurements

You are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Contact us for guidance on measuring if needed.

We do not install products and accept no liability for installation. We recommend following the relevant British Standard guidelines. Any installation guidance we provide is without warranty.

If requested, we can provide contact details for independent installers. We accept no liability for the quality of work carried out by third parties. Please ensure any installer is suitably qualified, appropriately equipped, and able to provide a warranty for their work.

Unwanted or incorrectly collected products may be returned at our discretion, provided they are in original, unopened packaging, returned within 28 days of delivery or collection, accompanied by a receipt, and subject to a 25% handling charge.

If you wish to end the contract before delivery and payment, you may do so by contacting us. If you are ending the contract due to a pricing or description error on our part, a significant delivery delay outside our control, or a legal right to cancel, the contract ends immediately and you will receive a full refund. In all other cases, reasonable compensation may be deducted.

If products have already been collected, you are responsible for returning them unless the cancellation is due to our error or a legal right to cancel.

We may end the contract if payment is not made within 14 days of a reminder, if you do not provide information we reasonably require to fulfil your order, or if you do not collect products within a reasonable time. Any refund due will be issued minus reasonable compensation for costs incurred.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to meet these terms or to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of your statutory rights, including the right to receive goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for purpose; or claims under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

We are not liable for business losses. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use only. We accept no liability for loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

You must not use this website in any way that damages or impairs it, or that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. This includes distributing malicious software, conducting automated data collection, sending unsolicited communications, or using the site for marketing purposes without our written consent.

You must not republish, sell, rent, publicly display, reproduce for commercial purposes, modify, or redistribute any material from this site without our consent.

We use cookies to keep your basket active during browsing. No personal data is stored in session cookies, which are deleted once a purchase is complete.

We also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how our site is used and to improve the customer experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function as a result.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under this contract to another organisation and will inform you in writing if this happens.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

This contract is between you and us only. No third party has rights to enforce its terms.

If any part of this contract is found to be unlawful, the remainder continues in full force.

Any delay in enforcing this contract does not waive our right to enforce it later.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Kingdom. Disputes may be brought in UK courts.
