Why Engineered Flooring Suits Irish Homes
Engineered wood flooring gives you a genuine hardwood surface on a layered core built for stability — which matters in Ireland, where humidity swings between seasons can cause solid wood to expand, contract and gap. Engineered boards stay flat and true through it all, and unlike solid wood, they're fully compatible with underfloor heating.
Every engineered floor we stock has a real oak wear layer, so it looks, feels and ages like solid wood — because on the surface, it is. Choose classic wide planks for a clean, modern finish, or herringbone for something with more heritage character.
If you're weighing up engineered against solid or laminate, our team will give you a straight answer on what suits your rooms, your subfloor and your budget. We're supply only, so there's no job at the end of it for us — just honest advice and the right floor for your home.
Visit Our Flagship Belfast Showroom
Hundreds of customers from the Republic make the trip north every year, and for good reason — there's far more on display than we can ever show online.
Our flagship Belfast showroom on Falcon Road is the largest of our three Northern Ireland locations. Full-size floors laid out in real room settings, the complete engineered wood, laminate, vinyl, staircase and tile ranges under one roof, and plenty you won't find on the website. Bring your measurements, your photos and your questions — our team will talk you through what suits your subfloor, your rooms and your budget, and tell you straight if something isn't right for the job.
It's an easy run from Dublin — just under two hours straight up the M1, 50 minutes from Dundalk and about 1 hour 20 from Drogheda. We're moments off the motorway on Boucher Road, surrounded by Belfast's biggest retail park, so it's easy to make a day of it.
Closer to the border, or fancy a shorter drive? Our Lisburn and Lurgan showrooms are both just off the M1 with the same team and the same advice — handy stops if you're coming up from Newry, Dundalk or anywhere along the Dublin–Belfast corridor.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you deliver wood flooring to Dublin, Cork and the rest of Ireland?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and every county in between. Orders can be placed online, over email or over the phone with our team.
How fast is delivery?
Free samples typically arrive within 2–3 working days, and most full orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Timings vary slightly depending on what you order and where you are, and we'll confirm your delivery window when you place the order.
How far is your Belfast showroom from Dublin?
Less than two hours, straight up the M1. Our flagship Belfast showroom is just off the motorway on Boucher Road, surrounded by Belfast's biggest retail park — so plenty of customers make a day of it. Many make the trip from the Republic for the wider range and better prices, and our Lisburn and Lurgan showrooms are closer again if you're coming from the border counties.
Can I order free samples?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. Samples are completely free and posted anywhere in Ireland, so you can see how a floor looks in your own light and against your own walls before you commit to anything.
Do you fit the flooring?
No — we're supply only. We'll give you honest advice on what suits your rooms, your subfloor and your budget, but the fitting is down to you or your own fitter. Plenty of our customers fit it themselves.
Do you sell other flooring options?
Yes — we stock laminate, vinyl, staircase kits, wall panels and tiles, all available for delivery across Ireland or to take away from our showrooms.
Is engineered wood flooring better than solid wood?
For most Irish homes, yes. Engineered boards handle seasonal humidity changes far better than solid wood, which can expand, contract and gap over time. Engineered flooring is also fully compatible with underfloor heating, where solid wood generally isn't.
