Standard Delivery

Our standard 2–3-day UK delivery costs £45, inclusive of VAT. Deliveries are kerbside, typically between 9am–5pm, depending on your area. Please ensure someone is available and there is suitable access. Failed deliveries will incur an additional charge. For next-day, Saturday, AM or timed deliveries, please contact info@thewoodenfloorstore.com. Next-day delivery is subject to stock and unavailable to the Highlands & Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. We also deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Returns

If you wish to return a product, please contact us before arranging the return so we can provide the relevant instructions. Please note that any return delivery or collection charges will be passed on to the customer. All returns must arrive back with us within 28 days of receiving the goods. Returned products must be in suitable, unused and resalable condition, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
