World Cup Fever Sale Grand Prize Draw -
Terms & Conditions

1. The World Cup Fever Sale prize draw is operated by The Wooden Floor Store/Company.
2. The prize draw is open to both online and in-store customers of The Wooden Floor Store/Company. Entry is open to UK & NI residents aged 18 and over only.
3. To be eligible for entry into the prize draw, customers must place a qualifying order with a minimum spend of £1,200. This minimum spend is calculated after any discounts, promotional codes, or reductions have been applied.
4. The full order value must be paid in full prior to the competition closing date of 19th July 2026. Orders that have not been paid in full by this date will not be eligible for entry regardless of when the order was originally placed.
5. In addition to full payment, the flooring must also be delivered to the customer by the competition closing date of 19th July 2026. Orders that have been paid for but not yet delivered by this date will not qualify for entry into the prize draw.
6. Winner of the competition can collect their chosen 20m2 of Balento Signature flooring from a branch of their choosing, or have the flooring delivered kerbside via our transit network for a £45 shipping and handling fee.
7. Refunded orders will be automatically disqualified from the competition.
8. Entry into the prize draw is limited to one entry per person. Multiple qualifying orders placed by the same individual will not result in additional entries.
9. The Wooden Floor Store/Company reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to have acted in ill faith against the competition.
10. For online/in-store customers, entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying order at The Wooden Floor Store/Company. Entry does not require an additional fee to be entered into the competition.
11. The prize draw will close at 23:59 on 19th July 2026. Any orders placed, paid for, or delivered after this date and time will not be eligible for entry.
12. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries shortly after the competition closing date. The Wooden Floor Store will make reasonable attempts to notify the winner by email or phone within 7 days of the draw taking place. The winner can choose to publicly announced by including but not limited to; social media, website, print publications and in-store branded content.
13. The prize consists of 20m2 of Balento 8mm laminate flooring (colour and finish selected by winner subject to availability at the time of fulfilment) and one national team football shirt & size of the winner's choice, subject to reasonable cost (up to £85 VAT inclusive) as determined by The Wooden Floor Store/Company.
14. The prize is transferable to friends & family, The Wooden Floor Store/Company must be notified of this transfer. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or in part.
15. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, The Wooden Floor Store/Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
16. The Wooden Floor Store/Company's decision in all matters relating to the prize draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
17. By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
18. The Wooden Floor Store reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this prize draw at any time without prior notice.
19. The Wooden Floor Store will handle all personal data collected in connection with this prize draw in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at thewoodenfloorstore.com.
20. The winner of the competition reserves the right to decline the prize partially or in full.

World Cup Fever Sale - Social Media Predictions Engagement -
Terms & Conditions

1. The World Cup Fever social media competition is operated by The Wooden Floor Store/Company.
2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of The Wooden Floor Store and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entries into the competition are free and participants will not be asked to pay a fee.
4. To enter the social media competitions, participants must complete all of the following steps on the relevant competition post:
   • Like The Wooden Floor Store's social media page
   • Like the competition post
   • Share the competition post publicly
   • Leave a comment on the post containing: their prediction for the specified World Cup match, their answer to the quiz question, and a tag of at least one friend
5. Entries that do not fulfil all of the above requirements in full will not be deemed valid and will be disqualified from the competition.
6. Only one entry per person per competition post is permitted. Duplicate entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
7. To be eligible to win, the entrant must have both provided the correct answer to the quiz question and submitted a correct match prediction. Entries that satisfy only one of these two conditions will not qualify for the prize.
8. In the event that more than one entrant provides both the correct quiz answer and the correct match prediction, a winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries.
9. In the event that no entrant provides both the correct quiz answer and the correct match prediction, The Wooden Floor Store/Company reserves the right to either select no winner for that round or to amend the selection criteria at its discretion.
10. The prize for each qualifying competition post entry is one £100 flooring voucher redeemable against a purchase at The Wooden Floor Store/Company.
11. The £100 voucher can only be redeemed against a minimum order value of £1,200. Orders below this threshold are not eligible for voucher redemption.
12. Only one voucher may be used per person. A customer may not redeem multiple vouchers against a single order or across multiple orders.
13. Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or passed to a third party under any circumstances.
14. The voucher has no cash value and no change will be given if the voucher value exceeds the discount applied.
15. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount code, or offer unless expressly stated by The Wooden Floor Store/Company.
16. Vouchers are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. Any vouchers not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
17. The winner will be notified via the social media platform on which they entered, by direct message or comment reply, within 7 days of the competition closing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, The Wooden Floor Store/Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
18. The Wooden Floor Store/Company accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues with any social media platform.
19. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. Any questions or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to The Wooden Floor Store/Company and not to the relevant platform.
20. By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. The Wooden Floor Store/Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who it reasonably believes has acted fraudulently, dishonestly, or in breach of these terms and conditions.
22. The Wooden Floor Store/Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice.
